Stunning performance

A packed hall last Friday at Whitcliffe Mount school enjoyed an absolutely stunning performance of the West End hit Les Miserables.

This was a performance of the highest quality. I spoke to several people in the interval who were not connected witthe school but came to enjoy the show. They were all, without exception, full of praise for the very high standard that the students achieved. It was very ambitious of the staff and students to take on a well known musical which had  many demanding roles for the cast. It was absolutely fabulous and well deserved the 5 minute standing ovation it received.

As a local resident involved in amateur drama commented to me  –  it was an outstanding performance! – shows what a great local school we have.
