Bus station saved

The petition to Keep Our Bus Station Open was signed by 1,256 people. Metro chiefs agreed that the size of the petition was very impressive. 

Councillors who represent the 5 different councils in West Yorkshire met last Friday to debate the budget for Metro for the coming year starting in April. They agreed to make sure there was enough funding to keep the Cleckheaton Bus Station open.

So, thanks to everyone who signed the petition, the Bus Station will be open for service for the future.
